1.   AIA SA Soccer team leaders
• During the World Cup we would like to have 4 South African AIA teams (3x men & 1x ladies). Each team will have about 15 players on it. They need to raise their own support for this time.
• We need to have 6 Men and 2 Ladies that will lead the teams. [April 2009]
• The leaders’ responsibilities will be: 
- Put the team together ( 80% of the team must be Christian of which 50% must be solid in their faith) 
- Communicate with the team and AIA organizing committee. 
- Communicate with AIA liaison of the city they will go to. 
- Motivate and tracking the fundraising efforts of the team.
•   We will need 4 International Disciplers (one lady) for the teams [ Oct 2009 ]
2.   City Liaisons
• AIA liaison person for each venue city (work with churches etc) [Sep ‘09] [10 people] 
- We need one person per venue city (2 for Jhb). 
- This person must have admin and organizing abilities. 
- They will be the liaison between AIA organizing committee, AIA outreach team and the local church or community in the venue city.  
- They will have to make sure everything is in place e.g. accommodation; outreach material; events etc.
3.   Chaplains Hosts
• Host families for the chaplains [Dec ‘09] [15] 
- We need housing for one chaplain per venue city.  
- The host will be expected to provide in accommodation, food and transport. 
- This person must be available 24/7 to get the chaplains to the teams they work with. Especially during the group stages.
4.   Hospitality Team
• AIA hospitality team – logistics [Jan ‘09] [16] 
- Preferable we need a person for each team. 
- This person will have to welcome the team at the airport, make sure they arrive safely at the training conference, etc. 
- Keep contact with the team during outreaches to pray for them.
5.   Conference Team
• Conference team [Jan ‘09] [10] 
- This team will be responsible for planning and running of the training and debriefing conference. 
- They will have to organize training material, conference program, logistics etc 
- Put the outreach kit together- team uniform, water bottle, bags etc. 
- This team will also back-up as the outreach material distribution team.
6.    Administrative Team
• Admin team [July ‘09] [3] [Jan 2010] [5] 
- We need a team of people that will help with the overall administration. 
- E.g. running of the office, website, organizing of conferences, training. They will communicate with teams, liaisons, speakers, trainers and TUG organizing committee. 
- Make sure everything that needs to be done has a name and a date. 
- Attend World Cup TUG meetings
7.   Support Team
• Support team for each city [Jan 2010] [3 per city] 
- We would like the following people to make their services available during the period of 10 – 30 June 2010.  It would entail that if someone on the team gets hurt, we would be able to take him to the necessary person immediately. 
- Most of the teams that will come will have medical insurance so the service does not have to be free.

 Physio’s
 Dentist
 Chiropractor
8.   Prayer Team
• Prayer team [Nov] 
- We need a group of intercessors who would be praying for the outreach throughout this period. 
- We would like to have prayer cover 24hours of the day. 
- These people can be all around the world.
9.   Media
• Media team [Jan 2010] [3 teams] 
- 3 teams will cover 3 venue cities each. 
- Footage of the outreaches etc will be taken. 
- One person will head it up and combine all the footage and make a DVD.  This person will also have to make sure that everyone uses the same kind of equipment.
10.   Staff Care
 (support team for staff) [in place Jan 2010, operating from April] [15]
• During times of outreaches our families takes a lot of strain. We will be looking out for about 350 people during this time and we want to make sure we do not lose staff because of burnout or when their family is not coping.  It will be hard for our staff to keep focus on what we need to do during this time. A lot of spiritual attacks are also felt by the family members when we are out in the field.  
- This team will be asked to look after the needs and welfare of the AIA Staff. 
- Prayer support; providing meals now and then; overall support and taking care of staff children.
11.   Finances
• Finances [immediate] 
- We need people who would be able to help us raise much needed and immediate funds. 
- Take a 2010 package and share it with friends and business people.
