In the beginning of July, AIA SA hosted a men's team from the United States.  The US team partnered with SA players to compete and tour throughout Johannesburg and Mozambique.  The teams had an opportunity to minister to schools, orphanages, and other basketball teams. (see photos)

This was a fantastic tour!  Listed below are some reflections from the men on the tour:

How did God influence you or rock your world in a positive way on this tour?
1) Wowed by the unity of the team and how the team's desires and goals were to please God with one heart.
2) Loved visiting the orphanages and homes.  I have a NEW passion for basketball in my community, and new vision and direction to serve through my basketball talents.
3) Touched by the trip to Soweto and the school assembly at Altmont School-the singing together with the school body.
